- The organizer will provide the side and rearward walls, ceiling, carpeting of floor, a facia board inscribed with the exhibitor's name, a stand number tag, an information desk, a folding chair, and electric light fittings(5 of spotlight and 4 of fluorescent lamp per 9㎡).
- Additional structure and interior decoration, if required, should be done by the exhibitor or by one of the official contractors for safety and harmony.
- All the structures and interior decoration should be done by the exhibitor himself or one of the official contractors for safety and overall harmony.
- All the expenses for the stand construction and decoration should be paid to the contractor directly.
- The exhibitors who applies for raw space only should submit the design of stand to the organizer not later
May. 29, 2009.
Important- The exhibitor should restore the premises and facilities to their original condition after the show.
- In case the restoration work is not the same as before or if and when the organizer performs such restoration on behalf of the exhibitor, all expenses should be paid by the exhibitor.
- The stand height is limited by 4.5m.
- Construction : October 24~ 26, 2009 [3 days]
- Removal : October 31~ November 1, 2009 [2 days]
